About You

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to be based in Mutiara Damansara. you will be at the forefront of our recruitment efforts, responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our growth. You will collaborate closely with various departments, understand their talent needs, and implement strategies to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: Oversee the full hiring lifecycle, including strategic job posting, proactive candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, conducting reference checks, and managing offer processes.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Act as a key liaison, collaborating closely with hiring managers and department leaders to craft and refine recruitment strategies that meet CARSOME's evolving talent needs.
  • Independent Sourcing: Independently identify and proactively source top-tier candidates through diverse channels, ensuring a robust and high-quality talent pipeline.
  • Candidate Experience Champion: Ensure an unparalleled candidate experience, guiding talent through a seamless and positive journey from the first point of contact to successful onboarding.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Prepare insightful reports and presentations on recruitment activities, providing data-driven insights to stakeholders.

Your Know-How

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar position.
  • Proficiency in using various recruitment tools and platforms (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobstreet, Indeed, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Solid experience in corporate recruitment, with a strong track record of successfully hiring for Manager to Senior Manager-level positions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and senior leaders.
