Job summary

A leading company in the automotive sector is seeking a Senior Executive for Talent Acquisition based in Mutiara Damansara. You will drive recruitment efforts, manage the hiring lifecycle, and collaborate with departments to meet evolving talent needs. Ideal candidates will have a degree in HR or Business and relevant recruitment experience, with a proactive approach and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar position.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Added advantage if you can communicate in Mandarin.

About You

We are looking for a Senior Executive, Talent Acquisition to be based in Mutiara Damansara. you will be at the forefront of our recruitment efforts, responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our growth. You will collaborate closely with various departments, understand their talent needs, and implement strategies to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: Oversee the full hiring lifecycle, including strategic job posting, proactive candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, conducting reference checks, and managing offer processes.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Act as a key liaison, collaborating closely with hiring managers and department leaders to craft and refine recruitment strategies that meet CARSOME's evolving talent needs.
  • Independent Sourcing: Independently identify and proactively source top-tier candidates through diverse channels, ensuring a robust and high-quality talent pipeline.
  • Candidate Experience Champion: Ensure an unparalleled candidate experience, guiding talent through a seamless and positive journey from the first point of contact to successful onboarding.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Prepare insightful reports and presentations on recruitment activities, providing data-driven insights to stakeholders.

Your Know-How

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar position.
  • Proficiency in using various recruitment tools and platforms (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobstreet, Indeed, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Added advantage if you can communicate in Mandarin
  • Experience in front liner/mass hiring is an added advantage
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a results-oriented mindset.
