As a Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition at B. Braun, you will play a vital role in:


Your key responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on talent acquisition strategies.
  2. Lead and manage campus recruitment programs, including internships and development programs.
  3. Organize and participate in university and college career fairs to attract top talent.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
  5. Assist in the employee onboarding process and necessary employee induction so that new employees are quickly integrated into the organization.

What you will bring to the team:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on campus recruitment and school hiring.
  3. Strong understanding of talent acquisition channels and strategies.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
