Job Description:

Job Specification

1. Analyse and assess business investment opportunities (including but not limited to CAPEX (asset) investment/expansion, Joint Ventures, Mergers & Acquisitions, Business review and turnaround opportunities), in relation to changes in the business environment and/or to secure competitive edge for SD Guthrie International (SDGI).
2. Perform market research and competitor insights on new exploration or existing business growth areas.
3. Support business owners in project planning and execution e.g. business decision advisory, engagement of professional consultants/services, negotiation process, amongst others.
4. Assist in developing SDGI’s business strategies and long-term plans.
5. Assist in evaluating strategic and transformational initiatives for SDGI.
6. Lead in consolidation of project progress reporting and key updates to the Management for strategic decision making.
7. Provide support to the Chief Operating Officer and the Managing Director of SDGI in corporate assignments.

Job Requirement

1. Preferably with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or investment related role, with exposure to strategic investments.
2. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modelling.
3. Good communication and presentation abilities.
4. Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
5. Proactive and results-oriented with a keen attention to detail.
