Job description

As the Senior Executive, Special Projects, you will collaborate closely with the Executive Chairman on high-impact initiatives across the group. You will play a key role in supporting strategic planning, driving business development, and contributing to process improvement efforts aligned with the organization’s long-term vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in research, data gathering, and analysis to support strategic planning and special projects.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate project timelines, meetings, and deliverables across departments.
  • Monitor project milestones and track progress against key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Support business development efforts, including market research and proposal preparation.
  • Perform financial modeling and basic financial analysis for new ventures, proposed investments, and ongoing business units.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in implementation initiatives.
  • Facilitate communications between the Executive Chairman’s Office and various business units.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, Economics, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of working experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business development, or project management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel); familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Interest or experience in retail, luxury, or family-owned businesses is an advantage.
