Plan vehicle orders, arrange stock allocation, and update the principal accordingly.

Coordinate vehicle logistics for all branches to ensure timely delivery and distribution.

Monitor ageing stock levels and implement strategies to expedite vehicle delivery.

Ensure the company qualifies for and achieves wholesale incentives from the principal.

Compile and update the Finance Department on outstanding claims by branches against the principal.

Advise and update the Finance Department on vehicle payments due to the principal.

Prepare monthly reports detailing branch target achievements, commissions, incentives, and sales/marketing activities conducted during the month.

Oversee the preparation of the Annual Marketing Plan (AMP) for all branches and review it with the Head/Chief Operating Officer within the agreed timeline.

Coordinate with the CRM Department to ensure all customer complaints are addressed in line with the company’s public relations policies and procedures.

Ensure branch sales operations and business strategies are aligned with the company’s overall operational goals and objectives.

Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc tasks, and other related duties as assigned by the superior.
