about the job

  • Supervise day-to-day sales administration and credit control activities, ensuring the prompt preparation of Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPAs), loan documentation, progressive billings, and the efficient processing of sales bookings.
  • Oversee differential sum collections, loan applications, and vacant possession procedures while ensuring all documentation complies with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as the key liaison with purchasers, solicitors, and financial institutions to ensure the smooth execution of SPAs, loan agreements, and all related documentation.
  • Coordinate closely with financiers on end-financing matters, including loan disbursements and progress payments, and manage agent-related tasks such as booking records and commission tracking.
  • Track collections, address debtor-related issues, and initiate appropriate actions such as issuing payment reminders or termination notices; ensure accurate and up-to-date records in the property management system.
  • Prepare, analyse, and update sales and collection reports regularly, working collaboratively with the finance department to ensure proper reconciliation and reporting accuracy.
