Job description

Support the Head of Risk Strategy & Governance in executing tasks and processes.

Assist in risk oversight for major projects and change initiatives that may impact the organization.

Familiar with risk monitoring tools used for scenario analysis, stress testing, financial modeling, and others.

Promote a culture of risk awareness and accountability across the business.

Provide ongoing advice to stakeholders on emerging risk issues to support informed decision-making.

Contribute to the company's risk governance culture in line with strategic objectives.

Support risk management methodologies aligned with regulatory and industry best practices.

Independently organize and analyze data analytics that could add value to the organization.

Assist in planning and executing business continuity management, updating methodologies to ensure effectiveness and organizational resilience.

Qualifications: Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Actuarial Science, or related fields; membership in MIA/IIA or relevant professional body.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Risk Management, internal control, and project management.

Experience in Enterprise Risk Management within the financial services sector or reputable companies is advantageous.

Strong analytical, interpersonal skills, and good business acumen.
