Job Overview

Support the Head of Risk Strategy & Governance in executing tasks and processes, oversee risk for major projects and change initiatives, and cultivate a culture of risk awareness across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Support risk oversight for major projects and change initiatives that may lead to adverse impact of the Organization.
• Acquaint yourself with all risk monitoring tools used for scenario analysis, stress testing and financial modelling.
• Encourage a culture of risk awareness and accountability across the business.
• Provide ongoing advice to stakeholders regarding emerging risk issues to support informed decision‑making.
• Support the Company strategy by cultivating a risk governance culture.
• Align risk methodology to regulatory and industry best practice requirements.
• Organize and analyze data analytics that add value to the Organization.
• Assist in planning and executing business continuity management and methodologies to ensure resilience.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Actuarial Science, or equivalent, or membership of MIA/IIA or other relevant professional body.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Risk Management, internal control and project management.
• Experience in Enterprise Risk Management within the financial services sector or a reputable company is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with good business acumen.
