Reporting to the Quality Assurance Lead, you are responsible for supporting quality assurance reviews, regulatory validation, continuous monitoring, and control testing to ensure that the company's controls remain robust.

Job Description:

  • Support quality assurance and regulatory validation reviews for different areas of business operations
  • Support the planning and scoping of reviews
  • Follow up on all actionables for closure
  • Support projects/ deep dives conducted by the team
  • Gather and assimilate information for reporting purposes
  • Gather and conduct preliminary analysis on company data to support the identification of potential gaps in controls and other outliers
  • Support the Implementation of activities to improve risk culture in PACS
  • Assist in strengthening overall Company control environment and governance

Who we are looking for:
  • Highly disciplined and diligent in delivering required work strictly within defined timelines
  • Independent and able to produce good results with some guidance, solution orientated, intellectually curious and team player
  • Good analytical and critical thinking skills
  • General understanding of key MAS requirements
  • Ability to work well with stakeholders from different functions and backgrounds
  • Strong communication (writing and presentation), interpersonal skills
  • Strong drive to learn and continuously pushes oneself to expand boundaries

Working Experience:
  • At least 3-4 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a financial institution or insurance company
  • Prior risk and control/ audit experience and process knowledge, including risk and control assessment
  • Experience in basic data analysis is a plus

Education:
  • Degree in accounting, finance, information technology or other related discipline
  • Certification in risk management and/ or information security would be advantageous

Languages and Skills:
  • Strong command on the English language
  • Highly proficient user of Microsoft applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
