Senior Executive, Project Management

• Works closely with External IT consultants on IT related projects and ensures internal requirements, scope, and objectives are successfully met by the External IT consultant.
• Coordinates and drives project management activities with relevant internal departments on their IT system enhancement requirements.
• Ensures sufficient resources are allocated accordingly to ensure projects are completed timely.
• Analyses and manages the risks of the projects.
• Monitors closely the project's progress and resolves issues that may arise from the projects.
• Assists in procurement of resources if needed.
• Assists in preparing budgets with the IT and Systems Manager.
• Assists in updating the status of the projects to Management whenever required.
