To oversee and manage the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of development and construction projects in alignment with the company’s objectives, timeline, and budget. The role involves coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met according to specifications and contract terms.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential risks and recommending mitigation strategies to the immediate superior.
- Organize and attend site meetings, technical discussions, and coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and project schedules to ensure alignment with project goals and statutory requirements.
- Support the preparation of project documentation including project charters, status reports, and handover documents.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in obtaining required permits and approvals from authorities and relevant agencies.
- Coordinate with Quantity Surveying and Contract teams on budget control and variation order matters.
- Track and report project expenditures to ensure adherence to approved budgets.
- Liaise with Finance and Procurement departments to facilitate payments and procurement of project-related services and materials.
Additional Responsibilities
- Contribute to project planning and feasibility studies for upcoming developments.
- Prepare post-project reviews and lessons learned reports for process improvement.
- Assist with ISO documentation and support internal/external audits.
- Support strategic initiatives and ad hoc assignments as directed by the management.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant project management experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent)
- Knowledge of construction processes, statutory requirements, and project documentation
- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- License: B2 & D
