Job summary
A leading construction company is seeking a Project Planner to oversee project development aspects including planning, land acquisition, and liaising with authorities. The ideal candidate must hold a Civil Engineering degree and have at least 5 years of experience in property development. This role requires strong organizational skills, familiarity with scheduling tools, and proficiency in communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall planning of project development.
- Involve in land acquisition, project inception feasibility study, design conceptual and development.
- Liaison with local authorities and consultants for all submission and approvals are obtained timely.
- Attend authorities and client consultant meetings.
- Coordinate with Marketing and Contract Departments regarding SPA, launching, costing, tender, building materials and specification.
- Report to the management regarding planning, submission and approvals status.
- Create and maintain project documentation and filing.
- Other duties assigned as and when required.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from recognized institution
- Familiar with the authorities' submission and approval procedures
- Minimum 5 year(s) of working experiences in property development industry related to project planning and development
- Familiar with work scheduling / planning and good in report writing
- Possess a positive attitude, ability to organize, plan, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
- High level of initiative & able to work independently
- Required skill(s): MS Office, Excel, MS Project, Power Point, Autocad, etc.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Willing to travel.
