A leading company in the construction industry is looking for a coordinator to assist the Project Manager. The candidate will coordinate with architects, contractors, and various authorities, ensuring compliance and timely submissions. Job Summary
Assist Project Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure the delivered products are consistent with SPA.
Key Responsibilities1. Liaise and coordinate with the architects and consultants to follow authorities’ new regulation / by laws, if any.
2. Liaise and coordinate with the architects and consultants to ensure that all submissions are in schedule as per Master Implementation Plan.
3. Coordinate on preparation of bills, deposits, processing fees and bank guarantee to interested parties.
4. Coordinate with PCMD, consultants and contractors for any meeting, briefing and presentation to authorities.
5. Coordinate with architects and consultants for authorities to conduct interim / Certificate of Fitness inspection.
6. Prepare authority reports, minutes of land matters meeting, CCC meeting and any other meeting required.
7. Coordinate and liaise with architects and consultants for authorities to conduct inspection for handing over of service such as road and drain, street lighting, landscape and others.
8. Assist internal departments for licensing, application of permit and others.
9. Participate in any meeting, discussion and brain-storming session for regarding certain issues of the project.
10. Handle application for land and strata title, C.P Plan approval, conversion of land, amalgamation of land and any other matter related to land.
11. Deal with authority departments.
12. Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the management.
Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Construction or any related discipline.
Skills & AbilitiesMinimum 2-4 years working experience in construction industry / consultant office.
