We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Senior Executive, Product Development to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of digital product development — from idea conception to commercial launch and post-launch handover. This role will drive cross‑functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, UX, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Support teams to ensure timely and high‑impact product delivery. The ideal candidate has strong experience in digital product development, stakeholder management, Agile practices, and translating business requirements into user‑centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the full New Product Development cycle from concept, requirement, design, build, test, and post‑launch review.
- Identify customer needs, emerging trends, and competitive landscape within the product space; use insights to inform product decisions and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Business, Sales and Technology teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and manage the product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, usage data and market trends to continuously improve existing products and identify opportunities for new products or features.
- Work closely with vendors, finance, legal, technology, operations, sales, go‑to‑market and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing support.
- Conduct user testing of product features to ensure builds are in line with defined product requirements, are working fine and bug‑free.
- Ensure Customer Experience (CX) is embedded in solution design, user flow, and support readiness.
- Other duties and tasks as assigned and/or as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in digital product development or management role in IT/Telco/ or BFSI.
- Strong planning and project management skills.
- Strong analytical, attention to detail and execution skills.
- Strong written, oral and presentation skills.
- Must be an exceptional team player, able to interact with all management levels.
- Mature, independent and has ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Start‑up experience in Product Management, Product Development would be an advantage.
- Experience launching user‑facing platforms or apps with clear CX ownership.
- Familiar with Agile tools (Figma, Confluence etc).
- CX certification or exposure to design principles is a plus.
