Job description

Senior Executive - Procurement (IOI CITY MALL)

Implementation of continuous process improvement and the enhancement of the Procurement process and System.

Execute required Procurement processes to achieve departmental KPIs and objectives.

Supervise the preparation of purchasing documentation and reports, including validation of suppliers' invoices.

Possess strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Conduct procurement audit exercises to ensure the implementation of procurement best practices.

Review and develop practical procedures and work processes to support the effective implementation of a structured procurement system.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent.
• Willing to work in Putrajaya and possess own transport.
• Proven hands-on experience with ERP applications and proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience working in a team environment.
• Good working knowledge and hands-on experience in procurement, contract management, and vendor management.
