Responsibilities
  1. Customer Engagement and Sales
    • Engage with walk-in customers for transactions and need-based discussions for cross-selling.
    • Recommend bank products and services, ensuring high levels of customer service and seamless transactions.
    • Achieve targets for CASA, FD Book growth, account opening, and cross-selling of various products.
    • Utilize digital devices for customer service and sales activities.
    • Support digital transformation initiatives and maintain staffing levels as needed.
  2. Operations
    • Conduct branch RCSA, process transactions accurately, and manage cash operations.
    • Comply with SOPs, handle overrides within limits, and perform relief functions as applicable.
    • Maintain cash balance and comply with staff rotation policies.
  3. Other Responsibilities
    • Maintain confidentiality, organize work area, attend trainings, and support branch activities.
  4. Team and Organizational Responsibilities
    • Supervise staff where applicable and support a positive work environment.
    • Represent the bank in community relationships and support management in service delivery and compliance.
Requirements
  1. Education/Qualification: Degree/Diploma holder
  2. Experience: Relevant experience in financial services, customer interaction, cash handling, or sales.
  3. Skills: Basic banking knowledge, integrity, communication, and cross-selling skills.
