A hospitality management firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Executive or Supervisor for tour operations. • To manage junior staffs/ team for Domestic tour operation
• Hotel & Restaurant Booking
• Data Key in for internal system
• Schedule management
• Communication with supplier (Email, WhatsApp)
• May need to follow domestic tour if necessary (Peak season) as assistant, to support tour guide for big group, Hotel check in support
• To support sales team
• Handle customer's inquiry escalated by junior staff
• Operation reporting to Manager

Qualifications

• Prefer degree (tourism/Hospitality)
• Japanese speaker, able to handle inquiry from Japanese client
• More than 2 years' experience in senior operation or Supervisor position
