What You’ll Do

• Collaborate as a Team: Work alongside the team, supporting the management’s strategic goals and priorities together.
• Strategic Project Support: Assist in operations, ensuring tasks and milestones are tracked and executed.
• Be a Communication Pro: Craft clear, professional emails, reports, and presentations, ensuring the management’s message is communicated effectively.
• Event Coordination: Organize meetings, offsites, and town halls with a focus on detail and experience.
• Data & Document Management: Maintain organized digital records and ensure confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a liaison between the management, internal teams, and external partners with professionalism and clarity.

Who We Think Will Be a Great Fit

Bachelor’s degree in Business related field (or equivalent experience).

Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel) and comfortable with collaboration tools like Microsoft Planner.
