Job description

CHENG LIE Navigation Company (CNC Line) is a leader in intra-Asia trade and subsidiary of the CMA CGM Group. Our CNC team is recruiting for a Senior Executive to join the Network & Alliance team.

Summary
Reporting to the Network & Alliance Agreements Manager, you will be responsible for pool functions of partnership matters (contract management, billings & financial analysis, reporting & system updates).

Responsibilities
Contract Management:
• Prepare new agreement contracts or update terms for existing agreement contracts
• Follow up and signing of agreements between ocean carriers
• Follow compliance of contract terms and advise interpretation and enforcement of contract terms
• Update regulatory filings for new services

Billings/Financial Analysis:
• Process billings for partnership services including update of slot cost, terminal THC recovery, track vessel pairing & verify partners' statements
• Responsible for settlement discussions with other ocean carriers and escalation in case of dispute
• Monitor contract financial status (invoicing, litigation, collection, partners’ disbursement, cash flow forecasts)

Reporting & System Update:
• Produce statistics studies related to partnership/contracts
• Update partnership terms in partnership related systems including LISA, MYPAM, PA Dashboard Powerapp, etc

Requirements
• Bachelor qualifications in relation to maritime, international business or finance studies
• At least 3 years of experience in container shipping industry, specifically with contract agreements and billings experience
• Strong attention to details and high level of numeracy skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, vlookup, etc.)
