This role involves coordinating campaigns, managing digital marketing efforts, and tracking key performance indicators. Responsibilities

  • Support SMT/HOD in driving e-commerce growth for health screening services via SEM, SEO, display ads, and website updates.
  • Coordinate monthly campaign promotions to boost awareness, leads, and online bookings.
  • Plan and work with the Social Media Team on campaign-related content to increase visibility.
  • Assist in managing digital marketing efforts and e-commerce platforms to improve sales and conversions.
  • Run and monitor ads (e.g. Facebook Ads, KOLs, media partners) to support revenue targets.
  • Work with healthcare teams, designers, and marketing to prepare campaign materials.
  • Track and report key KPIs such as revenue growth, campaign sales, and cost-per-lead/acquisition.
  • Ensure proper governance of digital assets and data protection.
  • Stay updated on e-commerce, digital marketing, and healthcare trends.
