Senior Executive, Marketing & Communications

We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive, Marketing & Communications to play a key role in executing and managing marketing strategies and communication efforts that enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

  • Assist in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Plan, manage, and coordinate marketing campaigns through seasonal launches and in-store events.
  • Collaborate with creative and design teams to produce engaging marketing materials.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide reports on key metrics to measure effectiveness and ROI.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and perform competitive analysis.
  • Ensure marketing activities are implemented with excellence and timely delivery of all deliverables.
  • Identify and analyze market reactions and results of marketing activities.
  • Drive effective communication with all stakeholders (Retail, e-Comm, Sales, Creative).
  • Identify issues affecting brand project implementation and formulate action plans.
  • Partner with stakeholders to implement Brand Activation programmes.
  • Assist the Marcom Manager & Chief Creative & Marketing Officer in developing creative and content assets with the creative team.
  • Coordinate with agency teams on the development, design, and production of creative assets.
  • Assist in developing post-campaign reports and analysis.
  • Prepare and review cost reports per project after each campaign.
  • Review expenditures and make adjustments to optimize campaign performance.
