Senior Executive/Manager, Relationship Management, Shah Alam Enterprise Centre

Talent management and development are the cornerstone of our operations. We are continuously scouting for the right talents to fill the role of Senior Executive/Manager, Relationship Management at our Shah Alam Enterprise Centre.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform marketing and credit evaluation for the network/business units.
  • Recommend suitable Bank’s products that fit customers’ business needs.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external standards, risk, and compliance requirements in all financing activities.
  • Provide end-to-end customer relationship management:
    • Manage accounts and coordinate specific interventions.
    • Plan and execute collection and post-disbursement activities.
    • Prepare requests for changes to financing terms (pre and post disbursement).
  • Implement and adhere to regulatory guidelines and compliance.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in relevant fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in SME or Commercial banking.
  • Ability to structure financial solutions and packaging for SMEs.
  • Good interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the business environment and Malaysian economy.
  • Ability to analyze financial statements and data.
