MallChannel

- Plan and execute festive or seasonal campaigns in malls (e.g., kiosks, booths, mall-wide redemptions, atrium takeovers).
- Negotiate value-added deals, in-kind support, and media exposure from mall partners.
- Track and report on campaign performance: footfall, engagement, sales uplift, and ROI.
- Ensure timely deployment of creatives, POSMs, and materials in collaboration with design, procurement, and mall operations teams.
OOH Media Buying & BTL Campaigns- Manage OOH media planning and buying, including large-format billboards, digital screens, car wraps, transit ads, and static media placements.
- Negotiate with media agencies, landlords, and media owners for the best rates, placements, and value-adds.
- Oversee the creative briefing process for OOH campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Monitor the rollout and maintenance of OOH campaigns to ensure timely, high-quality execution.
- Provide post-campaign analysis, including reach metrics, impressions, and overall impact.
Stakeholder & Budget Management
- Work closely with internal Brand, Digital, and Commercial teams to align campaign messaging, visuals, and timelines.
- Act as the primary liaison between ZUS and external mall partners, media agencies, and OOH vendors.
- Collaborate with the Assistant Manager, Channel Marketing on media planning, budgeting, and contract negotiations.
- Maintain an organized calendar of upcoming campaigns, deadlines, and media commitments.
Qualifications & Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in media buying, OOH marketing, BTL marketing, or mall partnerships (F&B, retail, or FMCG experience is a plus).
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen able to secure the best media deals and partnership value.• Excellent coordination and communication abilities across internal and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and an execution-driven mindset.
- Ability to independently manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and budgets.
