SENIOR EXECUTIVE - LEGAL (STRATEGY & ENGAGEMENT)

Departmental Planning, Reporting & Budget Coordination: Support the planning, budgeting, reporting and coordination of departmental activities to ensure the effective implementation of the Legal Department's objectives and priorities.

Strategic Initiatives & Project Implementation: Assist in the development, implementation and monitoring of departmental initiatives, organisational projects and legal awareness programmes to enhance legal risk awareness, operational efficiency and service delivery.

Legal Knowledge Management & Governance: Support the management and continuous improvement of legal knowledge resources, templates, precedents, panel law firm administration and governance-related initiatives to strengthen consistency and institutional knowledge within the Legal Department.

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration: Facilitate engagement and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, regulators, panel law firms and business units, in support of the Legal Department's functions and strategic objectives.

Cross-Functional Legal Support: Support the delivery of legal services across the Legal Department, including contracts, advisory, litigation and dispute-related matters, as may be assigned from time to time in accordance with departmental priorities and operational requirements.

Knowledge Sharing & Capability Development: Develop and maintain a broad understanding of the Legal Department's functions and contribute to knowledge sharing, succession planning and capability development initiatives to support the Department's long‑term effectiveness and sustainability.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized University.
