Job summary

A prominent real estate company in Malaysia is seeking a Leasing Executive to manage all leasing functions, conduct market research, and provide support to tenants. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Marketing or related fields, be fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin, and possess excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience in leasing commercial space is preferred. This role is essential for maintaining occupancy rates and ensuring tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 1-3 years of working experience, preferably in property development or real estate agencies.
• Experience in leasing commercial office and/or retail space.

Responsibilities

• Manage all leasing functions including negotiations and occupancy rates.

Requirements
