This role involves overseeing various HR functions within LEAP programme, managing LEAP, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Role Purpose

Responsible for leading the LEAP Management function and ensuring the development and execution of LEAP programme strategies that support the organization's overall goals and objectives. This role involves overseeing various HR functions within LEAP programme, managing LEAP, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Key Accountability
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • Develop and maintain effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage new LEAP orientations and onboarding processes.
  • Manage LEAP relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
  • Promote a positive work environment and address LEAP concerns.
  • Manage and develop training and development needs within LEAP executives.
  • Plan and implement training programs to enhance LEAP skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and implement LEAP career development and succession planning initiatives.
  • Administer LEAP compensation and benefits programs.
  • Ensure compliance with compensation and benefits laws and regulations.
  • Review and recommend changes to compensation and benefits packages.
  • Enforce LEAP Programme policies and procedures in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Keep policies updated and communicate changes to LEAP executives.
  • Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Ensure the organization's LEAP practices and policies are compliant.
  • Handle legal compliance matters related to LEAP.
  • Implement performance appraisal processes.
  • Provide guidance to managers and LEAP executives on performance improvement and goal setting.
  • Analyze LEAP Programme analytics and reporting to make data-driven decisions.
  • Monitor HR metrics and key performance indicators to improve LEAP programme processes.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management and leadership.
  • Create and implement LEAP engagement initiatives.
  • Measure and improve LEAP satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align LEAP Programme strategies with the organization's goals.
  • Contribute to workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Support the LEAP Management team, providing guidance and mentoring.
  • Assist in setting departmental goals, monitor performance, and assess staff development needs.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment within the LEAP Management.
Qualification & Working Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, AHRI) is a plus.
  • Extensive experience in HR leadership roles with a minimum of 5 years in a senior capacity
