We are seeking a Senior Executive, IT Policy and Compliance to support our information security governance program and ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal IT policies. This role required to assist with audits, risk assessments and reporting activities, while working closely with the IT team and other departments.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting and updating IT policies, standards, and procedures.
• Help ensure policies follow company goals and regulatory requirements.
• Support compliance activities with standards like ISO 27001.
• Participate in internal audits and help identify policy or control gaps.
• Support the organization of awareness and training sessions on IT policies.
• Respond to questions related to IT policies and procedures.
• Assist with basic risk assessments and suggest improvements to reduce risks.
• Work with IT teams to follow up on audit findings and implement improvements.
• Help maintain proper documentation for policies, compliance activities, and audit results.
• Prepare simple reports and updates for management and compliance teams.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors during audits.
• Stay informed about changes in regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2-3 years of working experience in IT Compliance /Incident management/ IT Auditing.
• Working knowledge of IT compliance standards.
• Previous involvement in IT audit processes or compliance assessments.
• Good attention to detail and interest in policy and process improvement.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic or hands-on experience with at least one major framework like NIST /ITIL.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar tools for documentation and reporting.
• Required to work in office for better team collaboration.
