Job description

Job Purpose:

The primary purpose of this position is to support the Line Manager in executing comprehensive marketing campaigns and coordinating key events, roadshows, and partnerships to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. This role includes conducting market research, analyzing campaign performance, managing marketing expenses, and performing administrative duties to ensure alignment with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Integrated Marketing Campaigns

  • Support the Line Manager in implementing integrated campaigns by coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Manage events such as group collaborations, roadshows, exhibitions, and ad hoc activities to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Market Research

  • Compile insights and reports on market conditions, competitor activities, demographic trends, and pricing strategies to guide strategic decisions.

Campaign Performance & Analytics

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates using marketing analytics tools.
  • Monitor marketing expenses and provide actionable insights.

Data-Driven Strategy

  • Analyze campaign and market data to improve product positioning and enhance future strategies.

Administrative Support

  • Provide operational support within the marketing department, including updating WIP reports, drafting documents, ensuring SOP/DAL compliance, and managing internal communications.

Vendor & Agency Liaison

  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely and quality execution of integrated marketing activities.

Ad Hoc Assignments

  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management or the Line Manager.

Qualifications & Competencies:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing or a related field.

Experience:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in integrated marketing, event management, or a similar role.
  • Experience in the property development industry is an added advantage.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong knowledge of integrated marketing campaigns, brand engagement, and event planning.
  • Proficient in market research and competitor analysis.
  • Experience using tools such as Salesforce or PowerBI to evaluate marketing performance.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and document management skills.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
