Job Summary

If you are looking for an opportunity in HUMAN RESOURCES, Emerson offers an excellent opportunity! The Senior HR Executive supports the Senior HR Manager in Compensation and Benefits functions, including payroll and HR System Management. You will work closely with department managers and supervisors on HR systems and compensation-related inquiries. Join our growing team!

Responsibilities:

  1. Support the Manager in compensation and benefits administration, including monthly payroll processing, increments, bonuses, and annual leave management.
  2. Manage excess claims for insurance.
  3. Maintain employee data in Oracle HCM, coordinate with Global HRIS and third-party vendors on payroll and leave interfaces.
  4. Maintain and update the Time Management System, including employee setup and interface monitoring; liaise with vendors for issue resolution.
  5. Assist Heads of Department and Supervisors with attendance amendments, shift corrections, and overtime hours related to the time management system.
  6. Ensure compliance with statutory payroll requirements.
  7. Maintain Employee HR Betsy and CVDH systems.
  8. Assist in analyzing salary and benefits survey data for annual pay proposals.
  9. Support internal and external audit preparations as required.
  10. Manage leave, including annual entitlement, credit leave requests, and public holiday replacements.

Who You Are:

You demonstrate initiative in challenging situations, excel at building rapport, actively listen, and stay alert to technological advancements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Hands-on experience with compensation & benefits, information systems, and HRIS.
  • Good knowledge of local statutory acts.
  • Proficiency in data analysis using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
