Une entreprise majeure dans le secteur aérien recherche un Senior Executive pour son département des ressources humaines. Vous serez responsable de l'exécution des initiatives stratégiques, en soutenant le partenaire commercial en capital humain et en collaborant avec divers intervenants pour assurer l'alignement avec les objectifs de l'entreprise. Ce rôle dynamique exige une solide expérience en gestion des ressources humaines et d'excellentes compétences en communication.

Qualifications

  • 3-4 années d'expérience avec un diplôme en RH ou 4-5 années avec un diplôme.
  • Compétences en communication excellentes, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.

Responsibilities

  • Fournir un support administratif sur l'organisation et le recrutement.
  • Coordonner les initiatives de capital humain et analyser les statistiques de main-d'œuvre.

Job Title

Senior Executive, Human Capital Business Partner

Reports To

Senior Manager, Human Capital Business Partner

Role Purpose

Execute strategic initiatives at BU supporting Human Capital Business Partner (HCBP) in areas of Talent, Climate and Culture and track status progress. Perform role as liaison and coordinator for HCBP and stakkeholders, to align with Group HC and support its direction and needs aligned to the Company

Key Accountability

  • Provide admin support in matters related to Organization Design, e.g. job requisition, job evaluation, structure change and manpower control. Coordinate related activities for recruitment process and promotion exercise. Gather data, insights, handle analytics and make recommendations based on those results
  • Coordinate Human Capital initiatives such as PMS, training requirements and budget, IR related matters, people engagement initiatives, employees welfare activities, work council matters, etc
  • Perform analysis for manpower statistics and cost. Track progress status of Human Capital initiatives. Explore productivity improvement and implementation of identified initiatives
  • Facilitate employees’ movement (transfer, probation, acting, secondment, unpaid leave, job assignment, prolong illness,etc]. Be a catalyst of change towards Lean and agile in BU and provide insights in people related matters. Perform data analytics when necessary
  • Facilitate queries from employees and departments on Human Capital matters

Qualification & Experience

  • Degree in Human Resources or Business Admin or other related field with 3-4 years experience in related field OR
  • Diploma in Human Resources or Business Admin or other related field with 4-5 years experience in related field

Skills & Knowledge

  • Proficiency in both communicating and writing in English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Customer oriented and time management skills
  • Well verse in Handbook and Policy
