Job Responsibilities:

  1. HSSE Advisory Services
  2. Advise and monitor compliance with HSSE legal requirements within hospital sites.
  3. Provide HSSE-related advice to FM and Operations teams.
  4. Develop HSSE improvement plans based on workplace inspections and compliance assessments.
  5. Identify HSSE hazards, conduct risk assessments, and propose risk control measures following the hierarchy of controls.
  6. Support HSSE Leadership Visits for Top Management and Regional Leaders at sites.
  7. Accountable for HSSE matters at the designated site and coverage sites.
  8. Safety Operation Services
  9. Plan and conduct HSSE compliance assessments and inspections.
  10. Organize HSSE committee meetings, serve as Secretary, and coordinate EPMC meetings.
  11. Implement activities based on the HSSE Integrated Activity Plan and injury reduction strategies.
  12. Participate in HSSE online reporting and guide staff in using the online system.
  13. Contribute to HSSE Competency Gap Analysis.
  14. HSSE Compliance
  15. Monitor compliance with HSSE legal requirements across healthcare service sites.
  16. Implement and maintain ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 certifications.
  17. Assess HSSE compliance through workplace inspections and walkabouts.
  18. Enforce adherence to rules and regulations among staff and contractors.
  19. HSSE Incident Management
  20. Initiate incident investigations and prepare reports with practical recommendations.
  21. Analyze incident statistics and trends within operational sites.
  22. Report incidents at coverage sites and verify incident validity.
  23. HSSE Performance
  24. Monitor HSSE performance, ensure timely updates and reporting.
  25. Update HSSE performance metrics monthly and follow up on audit findings.
  26. Stakeholder Management
  27. Participate in meetings, forums, and external programs relevant to HSSE, including MOH, DOSH, DOE, BOMBA, and others.
  28. Conduct HSSE training as requested by authorities.
  29. Define HSSE terms of reference for users at respective sites.
  30. Follow up on notices received from regulatory agencies.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering and/or Occupational Safety & Health Management.
  2. 5 to 10 years of experience in environmental management.
  3. Hands-on experience in Safety & Health Management.
