Job description

As a Growth Marketing, Senior Executive, Regional, you will work with a team of 3-4 based out of our office in Wisma Capital A, Damansara Heights, KL. You will be expected to be performing this role on a Full-Time basis. The role reports to the Head of Demand Generation, Regional.

A DAY IN A LIFE

As a start-up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:

  • Paid Ads Expertise: Execute and optimise paid ads campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, and Meta, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Marketing Tech Stack Development: Assist in research and setup of marketing tech stack to enhance demand generation activities.
  • Support CRM and Workflow Development: Assist in creating and managing integrated workflows between Marketing CRM, Sales CRM, and customer databases to enhance demand generation efforts.
  • CRM Strategy Analysis: Assist in analysing campaign and customer data to uncover trends and insights, and create visually engaging reports to enhance data interpretation and decision-making.
  • Close Collaboration with Marketing Team: Work in tandem with the marketing team, including Content Marketing, Brand, PR & Communications, to ensure integrated marketing efforts and smooth lead transition.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Engage with external departments such as regional and local market stakeholders, Operations, and the Product team to align business strategies.

Requirements

These are minimum-requirement skills and a ‘must-have' for the role:

  • Language Skills: High proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Growth Marketing Expertise: Experience in digital marketing, CRM management (e.g., Hubspot, Mailchimp, GetResponse, ActiveCampaign) or MarTech-related roles (e.g., Zapier, Google Extensions, Marketing API).
  • Technical and Data Analysis Skills: Strong skills in these areas to effectively manage CRM systems and interpret data for demand generation.
  • Content Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of content marketing and distribution channels.
  • Adaptability and Timeliness: Ability to meet deadlines and adapt quickly to changes in demand generation trends and strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and strategy communication.
  • Detail-Oriented and Independent: Meticulous and self-driven with the ability to work independently, essential for managing CRM and automation tasks supporting demand generation.
  • Critical and Analytical Thinking: Necessary for developing and optimising CRM strategies that support demand generation objectives.

These are skills that are ‘nice-to-have' and will make you stand out in the job application:

  • Language Skills: High proficiency in Chinese/Mandarin, both written and verbal.
  • B2B Marketing Experience: Valuable in understanding the nuances of demand generation in a B2B context.
  • ABM Strategy Proficiency: Proficiency in Account-based Marketing strategies and execution, valuable for targeted demand generation.
  • User Journey Mapping: Background in mapping user journeys, and enhancing CRM strategies for demand generation.
  • Web Development and Digital Tech Familiarity: Familiarity with these areas to integrate and optimise digital tools for demand generation.
  • Innovative Marketing Strategies: Demonstrated ability to apply innovative approaches to marketing strategy, enhancing demand generation.
