Job Purpose
The primary purpose of this position is to support the Line Manager in executing comprehensive marketing campaigns and coordinating key events, roadshows, and partnerships to bolster brand visibility and generate leads. Responsibilities include market research, data analysis to inform strategies, campaign performance tracking, and managing marketing expenses. The role also encompasses administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with organizational standards, and seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Support the Line Manager in implementing integrated marketing campaigns through effective coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Plan and manage marketing events including group collaborations, roadshows, exhibitions, and other ad hoc activities to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation across multiple channels.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide insights on market conditions, demographic trends, demand patterns, and pricing, supporting strategic decision-making.
- Utilize marketing analytics tools to monitor and report on campaign performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Track and manage marketing expenses, ensuring alignment with budget and providing actionable insights on cost efficiency.
- Analyze marketing data to support strategy development, product positioning, and campaign optimization.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth marketing operations, including preparing WIP reports, maintaining project documentation, managing paperwork in compliance with SOPs/DAL, and coordinating internal communications.
- Liaise with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely, high‑quality execution of marketing initiatives.
- Perform other related duties or assignments as directed by Management or the Line Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of total working experience, preferably in integrated marketing, event management, or related functions. Experience in the property development industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns, event management, and multi‑channel brand engagement.
- Proficient in market research, competitor analysis, and trend identification to support strategic marketing decisions.
- Hands‑on experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI) for campaign tracking and performance evaluation.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and agencies.
- Solid administrative and reporting skills with attention to accuracy and compliance.
