Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains brand consistency across all marketing collaterals, platforms, and media.
  2. Assist in generating leads by optimizing the website and rendering onsite marketing campaign visuals.
  3. Collaborate with Marketing to improve the quality of visual artworks across channels, including online campaigns and offline prints and advertising.
  4. Understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet company and project goals.
  5. Stay updated on current market trends through research.
  6. Conceptualize and design large-scale integrated campaigns from start to finish with minimal supervision.
  7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Candidate Requirements
  1. Background in the F&B industry is an advantage.
  2. Experience with product photography, videography, and video editing is highly preferred.
  3. Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, and video editing.
  4. Knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Adobe After Effects is a plus.
  5. Strong conceptual skills paired with excellent design abilities.
  6. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  7. Experience across various media, including web, offline design, social media ads, display advertising, email campaigns, and motion visuals.
  8. Ability to develop compelling graphics for websites, social media, and print/digital marketing materials.
  9. Capability to plan, create, and manage social media content; social media account management experience is a plus.
  10. Understanding of translating ideas into different media types and distinguishing between good ideas and tactics.
  11. Ability to simplify complex information into understandable visuals.
  12. Willingness to learn new programs and technologies.
  13. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
  14. 4 to 6 years of digital design experience is preferred.
