Senior Executive (Finance, HR & Administrative)

Job Summary:
Responsible for the preparation of Financial Accounting and Management Reports, reviewing Company's Internal Control and submission of Company's Tax. Responsible for Business Budget & Plan for the company & reviewing the company's expenditure against Budget. Responsible for monthly subsidiaries books and reconciliation, maintaining of General Ledger and Processing of payments in the ERP system. The role will also be responsible for assisting HR transactional activities in areas such as recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, reward, performance management and resignation of employees. The role will contribute to continually improving the value of HR's contribution to the business.
Job Responsibilities:
Finance
- Monthly Financial Closing: Oversee and prepare monthly financial closing to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Financial Statements & Reports: Compile and review financial accounting statements, management reports, and statistical data to support effective business decision-making.
- Budget Coordination: Lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with company goals and monitoring expenditures to stay within budget.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage invoice processing, payments, and monitor all incoming payments to maintain cash flow accuracy.
- General Ledger Maintenance: Ensure accuracy in general ledger entries and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
- Audit Coordination: Collaborate with external auditors for the annual financial statement audit, addressing queries and providing required documentation.
- Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit annual tax returns, including estimates, to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Other Accounting Activities: Support additional accounting functions as required to meet departmental needs.
Human Resources
- Talent Acquisition: Assist in recruitment activities by coordinating with hiring managers and Group HR to identify job requirements, schedule interviews, and provide initial candidate evaluations, ensuring alignment with the company’s hiring standards.
- Onboarding Documentation: Support the onboarding process by verifying the completion of necessary documentation for new hires and collaborating with Group HR to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Employee Welfare: Collaborate with Group HR to implement staff welfare programs in line with employment terms and conditions, promoting a positive and supportive workplace culture.
- Job Descriptions & Master List Maintenance: Work closely with Group HR to maintain and update the master list of job descriptions for all roles, ensuring that records are accurate, comprehensive, and readily available.
Administration
- Asset Maintenance: Supervise administration functions related to asset management, ensuring that all company assets are well-maintained and documented.
- General Administrative Support: Provide additional administrative support to ensure seamless operations across the finance, HR, and administration functions.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Minimum 5 years' working experience with knowledge in Accounting.
- Experience in managing full set accounts is a must.
- Well-versed in MS Office especially MS Word, MS PowerPoint & Excel
- High independence with excellent problem-solving.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to build strong client relationships.
