Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Executive, Finance to support the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely financial reporting, accurate tax compliance, and effective cash flow management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial operations, preferably within the property development industry, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations, including banking transactions, payments processing, and accounts receivable reconciliation.

Prepare full sets of accounts and financial statements in accordance with applicable standards.

Develop and maintain audit schedules, tax computations (e.g., CP204), and cash flow reports.

Draft audit reports and coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and bankers on relevant matters.

Support the preparation of annual and semi-annual budgets and financial forecasts.

Ensure proper filing, documentation, and compliance with internal controls and statutory requirements.

Assist in any other finance-related tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 4–5 years of working experience in finance/accounting; experience in property development is highly preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with accounting systems is an advantage.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

Able to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
