Job description

The Senior Executive/Executive, Sales (Property) role at Encorp Berhad is pivotal in driving property sales, enhancing customer relationships, and supporting marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales leads to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Implement effective sales strategies, including cold calling, email campaigns, and direct outreach.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

2. Customer Relationship Management

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective buyers.

Assist customers with the completion of necessary documentation and facilitate communication with solicitors and financiers.

3. Marketing & Promotional Support

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.

Assist in organizing and participating in property exhibitions, roadshows, and other marketing events.

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

4. Administrative & Compliance Duties

Ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner.

Maintain up-to-date records in the Developer's Information for Competitive Advantages (IFCA) system.

Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management

Qualifications & Experience

· Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

· Experience: At least 4 years of experience in property development or real estate sales.

Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of property sales processes and legal documentation.
