The position is based in our KL Office in Malaysia.

JOB PURPOSE

To undertake the functions of Sales & Purchase agreements administrative-related work and assist in weekend duties for sales programs and events as required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Track and follow up on Sales & Purchase agreements (SPAs) to ensure the SPAs are signed timely
  • Co-ordinate and liaise with purchasers, bankers and solicitors on the required documentations
  • Prepare and issue official receipts and progress billings.
  • Monitor and ensure timely disbursements either from purchaser or end-financier
  • Prepare and issue letter of undertaking to bankers, and route lawyers letter/email correspondences, as necessary
  • Maintain proper and organized filing system of purchasers records and documents
  • Assist in sales duties as and when required including weekend duties for sales events
  • We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients

REQUIREMENTS

  • Posses at least Diploma/ Bachelor Degree or other higher qualifications
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales administration, preferably within the property or real estate sector
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and IFCA
