Senior Executive/Executive, Planning & Development

Job Responsibilities

• Planning, design, review project cost budget and work closely with consultants and other professionals
• Prepare and review documentation with regards to project costing, project schedule, product design to suit the feasibility study for existing projects and new projects
• Monitor and ensure the compliance in design on layout, all tender drawings/ plans, SPA documents for every development project involved
• Liaise with consultant for local authority submission and approvals on timely manner
• Keeping a proper record and documentation of all correspondence, drawings and plans, records and response during the development process
• Liaise with Marketing & Sales Dept. in marketing materials, perspectives and brochures

Job Requirements

• Candidate with at least Bachelor's Degree in Architecture/ Construction Management/ Engineering (Civil & Structural)/ Urban Studies/ Town Planning or equivalent
• At least 5 years of working experience preferable in property development environment with exposure in high-rise construction project/township development
• Candidate who is familiar with Architect/Planner/C&S design codes, design standards as well as local authorities' guidelines
• Candidate who is proficient in project management software, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Candidate must be highly collaborative working as a team, self-motivated and work independently with minimum supervision
