Senior Executive/Executive - HR & Admin (Property Development)

The salary and benefits will be matched and determined based on the candidate's experience, current compensation, and market salary levels.

Job Overview:
We are hiring Senior Executive and Executive (HR & Admin) to assist in recruitment, payroll processing, employee relations, training coordination, and administrative support. This role requires close collaboration with various departments to ensure smooth HR operations, regulatory compliance, and a positive working environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Onboarding
    Assist in executing the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, and hiring arrangements. Maintain the candidate database and support onboarding procedures to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
  2. Payroll & Attendance Management
    Assist in payroll processing, including attendance verification, overtime calculations, and salary adjustments, ensuring accurate statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS). Handle employee payroll-related inquiries and collaborate with superiors to resolve discrepancies.
  3. Employee Relations & Benefits
    Assist in handling employee complaints and escalate complex issues to superiors when necessary to maintain a positive work environment. Coordinate and manage employee benefits programs, while also providing onboarding support.
  4. Performance Management & Training
    Assist in organizing performance appraisals and compiling feedback. Help identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
  5. Expatriate Work Permit & Visa Management
    Assist in handling applications, renewals, and cancellations of expatriate work permits and visas. Support communication with government agencies and external parties, ensuring compliance in all visa-related matters.
  6. Administrative & Operational Support
    Responsible for general office administration, including facility maintenance, document filing, and meeting arrangements, ensuring smooth office operations. Assist in implementing HR and administrative programs, supporting initiatives related to employee benefits, performance management, and training.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes:

  • At least a Diploma in relevant field
  • Required language(s): English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
