A leading company in the property development sector is seeking a Senior Executive/Executive in Finance & Accounts. This role involves managing full accounts, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a relevant accounting degree, at least 2 years of experience, and the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.

Handle full set of accounts and prepare monthly management report and rolling cashflow report.
Manage and monitor cash flow and/or cash position to ensure the company meets its commitments and to highlight a foreseeable shortage of funds.
Prepare and liaise with bankers on relevant documentations for HDA and loan drawdown.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Prepare inter- company reconciliation, bank reconciliation, project profit computation, and monthly schedule (fixed assets listing, prepayment, accruals listing & etc)
Supervise, guide and coach junior finance and accounts personnel in their respective job functions.
Liaise with tax agent and yearly income tax estimation, revise tax estimate and tax computation.
Liaise with auditor and coordinate interim and year end audit.
Liaise with company secretary on relevant documentation that is requisition of resolution and SSM forms.
Ensure that all statutory reporting submission is on time.
Any other ad-hoc tasks as required from time to time.
Job Requirements:-
Degree or professional accounting qualification.
Minimum 2 years relevant working experience of working experience in the property development industry.
Have knowledge in MHW system will be added advantage.
Able to handle overall accounting, budgeting, taxation, and management reporting functions.
Able to liaise effectively with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, lawyers, government authorities and management.
Good skill in analysis, coordination and regular follow-up.
Good knowledge of government rules and regulations relating to property development industry.
