Senior Executive, Events

Reports To

Role Purpose

Accountable for supporting and executing business growth plans by orchestrating compelling events that elevate brand visibility, engage key audiences, and drive impactful experiences across various touchpoints.

Key Accountability

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives and campaigns to support brand and business objectives.
  • Organize, plan, and execute events, including conferences, trade shows, exhibitions, and internal engagements to drive awareness and generate leads.
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics including venue selection, budgeting, vendor coordination, timeline planning, and on-site execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop event content such as presentations, panels, and workshops.
  • Coordinate with marketing and branding teams to produce event marketing materials such as invitations, brochures, and digital assets.
  • Provide post-event support including tracking, reporting, and analysis of event performance based on ROI, lead generation, and audience engagement.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to incorporate best practices into event planning and execution.
  • Support the Manager in preparing post-campaign/event reports to monitor impact and extract learnings for future improvements.

Qualifications & Working Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Mass Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in corporate events, marketing activations, or a related field.

Areas of Experience

  • Proven experience in end-to-end event planning and execution.
  • Strong knowledge of event management best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with event planning tools or platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple timelines and vendors effectively.
  • Skilled in post-event reporting and basic data analysis.
