Job description

We’re hiring a hands-on E-Commerce Operation to manage TikTok Shop and Shopee operations across US and Japan. This role sits in our Malaysia office and plays a key part in ensuring smooth fulfilment, inventory tracking, and high-standard customer service across markets.

What You'll Do

Logistics Coordination

  • Handle daily order fulfillment processes and 3PL/warehouse coordination across VN, US, and JP
  • Track inbound/outbound shipments, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure timely restocking
  • Prepare and manage cross-border shipping documents, customs declarations, and returns
  • Monitor platform logistics metrics (e.g. OTD, cancellation rate) and resolve exceptions

Customer Service Management

  • Respond to customer inquiries and issues across platforms within SLA, ensuring high satisfaction
  • Manage dispute resolution, refund cases, and order-related escalations with professionalism
  • Track CS metrics such as chat response rate, satisfaction score, and resolution time

E-commerce Ops Support

  • Ensure accuracy of listings, stock syncing, bundle set-up, and order tagging logic
  • Support store backend maintenance: order sync, shipping templates, and customer notifications
  • Handle daily order reconciliation with warehouse/finance when needed

Reporting & Insights

  • Submit weekly reports on logistics & CS performance with insights and action plans
  • Collaborate with local teams to implement process improvements and automation
Who You Are
  • 2–4 years experience in logistics, e-commerce operations, or customer support
  • Experience with TikTok Shop or Shopee backend tools (must-have)
  • Strong understanding of cross-border logistics (VN/US/JP)
  • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
  • Excellent English communication; Vietnamese or Japanese is a plus
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently across time zones
