The Senior Digital & E-Commerce Executive leads the company's digital marketing initiatives and e-commerce platform management. The role ensures the growth of online brand presence, customer engagement, and revenue generation. This position demands a self-driven individual who can manage platform operations while developing and optimising digital campaigns.
E-Commerce Operations
- Independently manage and optimise product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, Shopee, and Lazada).
- Coordinate inventory, stock levels, promotional mechanics, and product launches.
- Plan and execute e-commerce promotions, bundles, flash sales, and special campaigns.
- Monitor and analyse daily e-commerce KPIs: sales, order fulfilment, traffic sources, conversion rates.
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and return requests.
- Coordinate fulfilment operations with logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Regularly monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, promotional trends, and product content; propose action plans to maintain competitive advantage.
- Track and report e-commerce performance trends and insights with recommendations for optimisation.
Digital Marketing Activities
- Develop and manage the digital content calendar for social media channels (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Plan, launch, and optimise digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite) focusing on acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
- Create and coordinate marketing content for ads, social media, website, and emails.
- Plan, draft, and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, product promotions, and customer engagement flows, using email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).
- Segment customer and lead databases for targeted email marketing initiatives, ensuring relevance and personalisation.
- Monitor and analyse email campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and propose optimisation strategies.
- Drive SEO initiatives: keyword research, meta descriptions, on-page SEO for product pages and blog content to enhance organic traffic.
- Analyse digital marketing and website analytics (Google Analytics 4, Meta Insights) to measure campaign effectiveness and propose improvements.
- Identify and coordinate with potential influencers or KOLs for collaborative marketing initiatives where applicable.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or related disciplines.
- 2–4 years of solid hands-on experience in digital marketing and e-commerce management roles.
