Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage Sunsuria Group’s retail and mall credit health.
• Perform receipting and allocation in the accounting system daily.
• Follow up on overdue payments, propose repayment schemes, monitor account status, and collection activities.
• Send reminder letters, process credit notes, write off memos, and reconcile accounts.
• Analyze tenant payment behavior and review periodically with management.
• Collaborate with internal and external solicitors.
• Coordinate with Finance and Leasing teams.
• Perform month-end closing and AR reporting.
• Handle tenant requests and disputes.
• Monitor tenants' post-dated cheques and deposits.
• Schedule meetings with tenants for aging issues and payment structuring.
• Reconcile accounts to resolve disputes.
• Highlight and propose actions for defaulted or overdue cases.
• Handle ad hoc requests as required.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma in Property Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in property sales, leasing, or property management.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and spoken English skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to build effective stakeholder relationships.
• Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Accurate, detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills.
