Responsibilities:

• Managing media relations:
• Building and maintaining relationships with journalists and media outlets, responding to media inquiries, and issuing press releases with focus on maintain positive corporate image
• Managing the company's reputation:
• Protecting and enhancing the company's image and brand through proactive communication and crisis management.
• Set-up and monitor social listening to check corporate brand health
• Plan, coordinate and manage CSR activities.
• Ensuring CSR initiatives are amplified through social media, newsletter, media and company website.
• Report and presentations to keep track of initiatives and provide visibility to stakeholders and management.
• Coordinate and manage company donations and sponsorship initiatives, including liaison with internal & external stakeholders and agencies and ensure compliance.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong understanding of communication principles and strategies.

• Experience with various communication channels and platforms. Especially LinkedIn.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

• Knowledge of media relations and public relations practices.

• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in corporate communications

• Well verse with sponsorship and donations guidelines and policies to ensure good governance and corporate compliance
