Responsibilities:

1. Manage the overall order process flow to ensure timely fulfillment of shipping orders.
2. Monitor vessel activities such as vessel arrivals for bulk shipments.
3. Assess and improve the efficiency of the order process flow through process re-engineering initiatives.
4. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure efficient order fulfillment and prompt payments.
5. Conduct risk assessments on customer creditworthiness and propose appropriate payment terms.
6. Handle incoming and outgoing order processing and shipping documentation, including generating delivery/shipping documents.
7. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to issue invoices timely and ensure smooth collections.
8. Liaise with transport companies and departments for timely shipments.
9. Investigate non-conformance issues and recommend corrective actions.
10. Manage and resolve conflicts arising during daily operations.
