Job Purpose:
To lead and support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization by applying Lean methodology, industrial engineering principles, and business process optimization
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive the implementation of Lean practices to reduce waste, streamline operations, and maximize value delivery across functions.
- Identify areas for improvement and lead projects to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Apply industrial engineering principles to design, implement, and optimize process infrastructure, including flow optimization and facility/process relayout.
- Analyze and improve business processes across departments to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve turnaround time.
- Provide training and hands‑on guidance to cross‑functional teams on Lean tools and techniques such as Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, etc.
- Manage and execute continuous improvement projects, including planning, stakeholder coordination, resource allocation, and tracking of deliverables to ensure timely and successful implementation.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field (Lean Six Sigma certification preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in continuous improvement, industrial engineering, or operational excellence roles.
- Proven track record in successfully implementing continuous improvement initiatives and driving process/productivity improvements.
- Experience in aerospace MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) industry will be an added advantage.
- Hands‑on experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio), Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with cross‑functional teams at all levels.
