Assist in monitoring and ensuring the organization’s adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and internal policies and procedures.
Conduct internal audits and assessments to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Support senior management on the impact of new or changing regulations, laws, and policies.
Develop, review, and update internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and best practices.
Assist in training employees on compliance matters and promote a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
Monitor regular compliance reports to senior management and regulatory authorities, as required.
Ensure that all required documentation is properly maintained and easily accessible for audits.
Identify compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues proactively.
Participate in risk assessment activities and recommend actions to address potential threats to organizational compliance.
Collect and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for strategic planning and decision-making.
Regularly evaluate the progress of strategic projects and adjust plans as necessary.
Work closely with senior leadership, departments, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategic objectives and initiatives.
Provide strategic insights and guidance during the development of new projects or initiatives.
